Staff was kind & polite. Public areas were clean. Room had huge wet spot in middle of room and there was hair on the sheets, they were clean though.

The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful and helpful.

This hotel was excellent for individuals traveling to Phoenix for business downtown or NBA or MLB games. It was walking distance to the stadiums and several good restaurants in the area.

The hotel is within walking distance to attractions in Downtown Phoenix. Chase Field US Airways Center restaurants etc. Friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms

Very difficult to find, very noisy (thin walls), do not be late for breakfast since they do not refill the food after 9:00 a.m.

Stayed in room next to stairwell (noisy at times).

For the price, can't beat it. It was recently renovated and it looks like new. The desk person was professional, courteous, and helpful. The free breakfast was plentiful and varied. Wouldn't hesitate to make a return trip. ...read more

This Holiday Inn is located in within walking distance of all downtown events, restaurants and bars. It also has good amenities along with good security. I would refer this hotel to my friends.
